Memberships at the Windermere Club

Real Country club living means a quality staff dedicated to serving your family's recreational and social needs. It's like being on vacation 365 days a year. Each of the following Membership Classifications are full privilege memberships and include unlimited use of the golf course, dining facilities, tennis facilities, and the swimming pool.

Eagle Membership
Join The Windermere Club with an initiation fee of $5000.00
Monthly dues: $225.00
Monthly dining minimum: $30.00

Young Executive Membership

Initiation fee is $500.00
Monthly dues: $165.00
Monthly dining minimum: $30.00

*At age 35, convert to a full privilege membership at the then current initiation fee.

Corporate Membership

Initiation fee is $7500.00. (Normally $9500.00)
This membership includes two full privilege members plus a member privilege card.
Monthly dues: $195.00 per member ($390.00)
Monthly dining minimum: $25.00 per member
Included is a 50-person golf outing and cocktail hour. ($3500.00)

LongCreek Resident Plan

LongCreek residents may join by paying $3000.00 initiation fee.
Monthly dues: $225.00
Monthly dining minimum: $30.00
 

Senior Membership (60 or older)

A senior member may join by paying $2000.00 initiation fee.
Monthly dues: $170.00
Monthly dining minimum: $30.00

*All memberships are full family privilege membership, which includes tennis and swimming at The Plantation Club.

Social Membership

Initation Fee of $1000.00 with monthly dues of $120.00

Includes two rounds of golf a quarter. The fee is $28.00 which includes your golf cart.
